  1. I think is likely balantidium coli with cilia and macronucleus [otherwise I'm all wet and is something spurious like a cellular spore].

  4. Pollen grains, UFOs, non-parasitic objects
    I would measure them, too be sure they are not Ascaris eggs oe tapeworms by tapping the coverslip with a pencil to repostion
    The straited outer part of the cell wall suggests pollen grains

    In regards, to the fly larvae, I ask for live maggotts, too.
