    Diphyllobothrium latum?

    (based on the macroscopic length and the proglottids that are wider than they are long with central 'rosette'-like uteri)

    D. latum. Given that this worm lives in clear, cold lakes, I wonder whether this woman was swimming in Lake Superior. BW in Vt

    Diphyllobothrium latum.
    I think she ate raw fish.
