Case of the Week 202

The following was submitted in ethanol from an 18 month old child.  No history or source is given.  The object is extremely firm and somewhat pliant, but can be broken apart (see below).  How would you sign this case out?  Possible diagnosis?

    Not a parasite, but is there any chance that this might be some discolored stool from a child with CF or hepatic disease for example?
