S.egg in first slide has terminal spine resembling S.hematobium. However, the subsequent slides show eggs with lateral spine characteristic of S.mansoni. Coinfection with both species can be seen in Egypt. But I cant explain presence of S.hematobium eggs in feces (usually present in urine). Poornima
