Enterobius vermicularis - long pointed tail of female worm highlighted in 3 image. Appendix infestation has been documented to lead to accute appendicitis symptoms (PMID: 19061517).
For sure they are pin worms, that’s when there’s a necessity for a dissecting microscope. Ascaris are too big to magnify. Everyone pin them down right away. Florida Fan
