Nice case! Beautiful details of the filariform larvae of Strongyloides stercorealis. The notched tail is clearly photographed. One cannot ask for better than this. Florida Fan
Strongyloides stercoralis - waiting to be coughed up and swallowed. Where had the patient been? The trip may have been years ago, if the patient has been autoinfecting him/herself. BW in VT

Also note the filariform esophagus which reaches to the midpoint of the worm.
Are those granular cells eosinophils?

Undoubtedly L4 filariform larvae of Strongyloides stercoralis. See the notch at the end of the tail
