The following were seen in a papanicolaou-stained urine preparation. These objects range in size from 20 to 50 microns.

You'd have to rule out Schistosoma haematobium, but due to the size variation, I'd think a closely-imitating artifact. Although, what do I know, as I've never seen a stained urine prep for Schistosoma!

S. mansoni; it looks like the spike is flipped inward on one.
