The following was found in a lung wedge resection from a South American patient with hemoptysis. It measures approximately 5 mm in length. Identification?

Haven't got my notes to check but fluke in lung that looks like a coffee bean.

Looks like swine flu... Just kidding! I agree with Paragonimus, but have less confidence in the spelling.
