Yep Strongoloides... L3?
Looks like Strongyloides rhabitoid larva but cant see clearly the buccal cavity, germinal primordia, etc but none the less, excellent image and it's a nematode larvae
yes..considering the immunocompromised state of the patient..Strongyloides
