I agree, Acanthamoeba. These are the cysts. Dr. W

I see 2 cell walls and size is at the small end of range and some are wrinkled

since its from the eye its caused by highly pathogenic free living amoebas and narrowing it down to acanthamoeba due to the double wall cysts.
