Case of the Week 121

Here's a challenge for all of you:

Excellent images - my guess is rhinosporidiosis. Never before appreciated the resemblance of the individual structues to Prototheca.

Rhinosporidium seeberi.
We won't find this in the older parasitology books, because up until recently, it was considered a fungus. BW in Vt

Great images.The dual staining of the spores is an unusual feature, I think.
