Case of the Week 139

The following were seen by a patient in his stool and sent to the lab for identification. How would you sign this case out? What advice should be given to the patient?

Is that not just plant material? The beginnings of parasitosis of the delusional variety if it is. Advise the patient not to worry.

Of course if I'm wrong than that'll be a terrible thing to say to the patient :s....

Plant material. Of what kind I have no idea. They resemble arthroconidia still stuck together. Is there a reference book for such things?

This is a parisite and I know because I have been deadly sick for 3 years and doctors are clueless.Im starting to think we might be better off skipping the bill handling it ourselves.
