Some of the eggs in the bottom photomicrograph appear to have bipolar plugs. To that end, I'll say Trichuris trichiura.
T. trichiura/whipworm. Good morphology of sections, eggs and relation to intestinal mucosa.
Trichinella. Has the patient been eating bear meat?
