Case of the Week 193

The week's case is a tough one!

The following were found in the stool of animal handler with exposure to primates. The objects shown measure approximately 40 microns in diameter. Identification? (CLICK ON IMAGES TO ENLARGE)

I am thinking UF0s and Bertiella eggs which is a tapeworm and the egg is in the correct size range but didnt see clear cut hooklets and
pyriform structures. Bertiella are found in primates (monkeys, chimps) and helps fits the handler route of exposure. I would use my magic pencil to tap the cover slip to reposition this object for a different viewing angle to R/O UFO's

I agree with Salbrent on the most closely resembles Bertiella without the magic pencil.
