For sure Sarcoptes scabiei var. hominis as MicrobeMan has identified. The un-intended findings may very often be found in skin scrapings with a physician's request for Calcofluor stain and fungus culture, and the creatures may fluoresce as bright as they can be.

Sarcoptes scabiei var. hominis infestation. Nice eggs and gorgeous larva in the second picture (looks like 6 legs to me). Excellent case!

I've never seen them using Calcofluor white - that must be really neat to see! I'd love to see images if anyone has any.
