Case of the Week 244

The following was an incidental finding on colon biopsy.  The referring pathologist queried if this could be a small parasite.  Identification?

I have voted not parasite on many things before like this -- thick cell walls and so on -- and as far as I know never been caught out.

can it be Dirofilaria sp.

The third photo seems to have hexagonal wall structures similar to plant-like membranes. I vote non-parasite, but I could easily be wrong!

Not a parasite! Cell wall+outer coat make me think of a SEED!
