Enterobius vermicularis male
I know this one. Just cannot seem to pin it down... :P
The general morphology is compatible with Enterovirus vermicularis. The cephalic alae confirms the identity.
A curved tail with visible copulatory spicule defines the nematode being male. For sure it is smaller in size than its female partner.

Overall size, cephalic alae, curved tail with spicula: for sure an adult male pinworm (Enterobius vermicularis -formerly known as Oxyuris vermicularis)! Great photos!
