The unsporulated oocyst of Isospora belli.

Beautiful Cystoisospora belli! Idzi, as Kamran stated they autofluoresce under UV microscopy too.
We routinely use this characteristic to confirm our light microscopy findings as it is quick and convenient.

A beautifully stained unsporulated Cystoisospora belli oocyst. It would have been nice to see it with modified acid-fast stain.
