Schistosoma haematobium .
What is the size of the organism?
The crystalline appearance reminds me of a previous case (#464). Geographic distribution of both Schistosoma haematobium and intercalatum is not in Asia. Size wise, these objects are much smaller than Schistosoma eggs. The objects are rather uric acid crystals.

Asian schistosomes will be more spherical and relatively smaller than other schistosomes. The clear shape of the structure is definitely confusing between uric acid crystals and S. hematobium. The patient is also a cured case of urothelial cancer. It looks like a uric acid crystal.
