Schistosoma haematobium?
Definitely a case of Schistosomiasis. The spine is terminal and not sub terminally lateral eliminates any chance of S. mansoni. The size is much larger and elongated to be S. japonicum/mekongii. The equatorial bulge is absent plus the fact that they are shed in the urine and not in the stool rule out S. intercalatum. We are left with the only species S. haematobium.

Eggs of Schistosoma haematobium - living/viable ones moreover, because we can clearly see the miracidium inside!

The egg's size, shape, and location of the spine are identical to Schistosoma haematobium. Many RBCs are seen in the background, suggesting hematuria.
