Looks like a Demodex sp., a follicle mite.

The patient must have hit an impasse in life, making him scratch his forehead. The scratching uprooted this Demodex folliculorum.😄

All those weird and strange things that I found during my career and yet I have never ever seen a Demodex mite in real life… and yet, as we age, we all get them in the end…
Maybe I should scratch my own forehead and check the scrapings under my microscope?
