Dario (and all), i'm always happy to informally look at cases that you may be struggling with. However, I am an able to offer a diagnosis or medical advice by email. If you need a formal diagnosis, I would recommend the excellent services provided by the CDC DPDX group. They are free, occur using email, and Are very quick, what the turnaround time of one day or less usually.
