Welcome Dario! There are a few options for following the blog automatically (e.g. Subscribe to the RSS feed, follow me on google, Facebook or Twitter); however, one of the easiest methods is for me to add you to my email distribution list. The emails remain confidential (they aren't shown to the other recipients) and I only use the email once per week when I send out the new case. If you're in having me add you, just let me know and send me your email. Thanks! Bobbi

Dario (and all), i'm always happy to informally look at cases that you may be struggling with. However, I am an able to offer a diagnosis or medical advice by email. If you need a formal diagnosis, I would recommend the excellent services provided by the CDC DPDX group. They are free, occur using email, and Are very quick, what the turnaround time of one day or less usually.
