phew, that was my answer too
capillaria philippinensis gravid female
The morphology of oblong ova with polar plugs is compatible with C. phillipinensis. We may keep an eye for Strongyloides adults works too as the later one is endemic in Cambodia. The eggs steered me more to Capillaria though.
