I think that is a screw worm larva of Cochliomyia hominivorax

Definitely a case of myasis. Upon further consultation with the PHIL/DPDX, I wonder if the larva in question was Cochliomya hominovorax or a Phaenicia species (Blow fly). Please shed a light.
