Huevo de Hymenolepis nana
Hymenolepis nana ( with polar filaments and
dimensions.... )
H nana
Œuf d'Hymenolepis nana
Hymenolepis nana. Based on size and presence of hooklets in the oncosphere. I can just make out polar filaments in one part of the image too. The patient demographic (child) also fits with this diagnosis.
Yes, I would agree with the previous answers. H. nana egg with polar filaments and booklets.

Paraphrasing one of my earliest:
There once was a chap from Indiana
who with his cereal enjoyed a banana
but with the cereal he did eat
he received an unexpected treat
The cestode known as Hymenolepis nana!
Well done for all!
Next time, I will try to make it a bit harder...
;-)
To Idzi:
Please do not give the snake worm. For Vietnamese, cobras are a delicacy when cooked. So far, I have not known a case of snake worm till you challenged us.
